Lee Beckman, P.E., P.L.S.
Partner / Project Manager
Lee joined Milano & Grunloh Engineers in 1999, and became a partner in 2002. Lee is a licensed Professional Engineer, and a Professional Land Surveyor. Lee graduated from the University of Illinois with a BSCE. Lee is a member and past President of the Ambraw Chapter of the ISPE, and a member of the National Trail Chapter of the IPLSA. Lee is also involved with the Effingham Chamber of Commerce's YBNext program. He and his wife, Angie, live in rural Dieterich with their four children - Jake, Devin, Claire and Connor.

Doug Grunloh, P.L.S.
Land Surveyor/Project Manager
Doug has been with Milano & Grunloh Engineers since 1992. He graduated from SIU Carbondale in 2001. Doug is a Professional Land Surveyor, and handles the day-to-day operation of the field survey crew, as well as construction staking and material testing. Doug resides in rural Effingham County with his wife, Erin, and son, Ben.
Scott Hoene, EIT
Engineer / Project Manager
Scott is a licensed Engineering-in-Training that has been employed with Milano & Grunloh Engineers since 2005. Scott graduated from SIU Carbondale, and is working on surface transportation projects for Milano & Grunloh. He and his wife, Michele, reside in Effingham.
Julie Bushue
Office Manager
Julie is the office manager and does the bookkeeping for Milano & Grunloh Engineers. She has been with the company since 1995. Julie handles all the day-to-day operations of the company. Julie resides in rural Effingham County with her husband, Dale, and two daughters - Mikenzi & Mikala.
