City of Sullivan - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation

The City of Sullivan is currently in the process of rehabilitating its existing sanitary sewer system in the north central portion of the City, which had been experiencing backups into homes and ditches. In 2015, the City applied for and  received a $450,000 DCEO Community Development Block Program Grant for Public Infrastructure. The City leveraged the grant with $342,270 of local funds for a total project cost of $792,270. The Grant monies have allowed the City to  contract Followell Construction to repair or replace approximately 11,000 lineal feet of sanitary sewer mains, manholes, and services lines to alleviate the health and safety threat to 159 homes and 385 residents. The project will be completed later this year.

Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC assisted with the grant  application and administration, as well as Design Engineering and Construction Inspection. We would like to thank the City of Sullivan for their continued trust in our services.
